We are looking for outgoing applicants who are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at Spirit Technique. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.

Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. Our training system allows allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Spirit Technique.

We are currently taking applications for the following positions:

Front Desk Staff: Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn. A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.

As part of the essential job requirements, the Front Desk Staff must be available to work 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Thursday, and availability on Saturday and Sunday for events & activities with a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice. This availability is crucial to ensure optimal coverage during our peak operational hours and meet the needs of our clients.

Tumbling / Gymnastics Coach: Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Ninja Coach: Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. A great coach will be incredibly energetic and have a passion for fitness. Must also be excited to work with children, ages 3-12 and make a positive impact in their lives. Ninja coaches will occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, ninja nights and Nerf nights.

Cheerleading Coach: All cheerleading coaches will work recreational tumbling classes for a minimum of one year prior to training on cheerleading stunts and routine choreography. Those who love working with children and share a passion for cheerleading are encouraged to apply for this position as long as they’re aware of the prerequisite training involved.
